About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead its dynamic hospitality portfolio. This senior leader will shape the strategic direction of all dining, bar, lounge and banqueting operations, ensuring the brand delivers unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision and direction for all Food & Beverage operations.
• Curate lifestyle‑led guest experiences aligned with The Ned brand DNA.
• Inspire, mentor and develop high‑performing F&B leadership teams.
• Drive commercial results through budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Partner with Culinary leadership to evolve menus, concepts and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to create promotions and elevate outlet visibility.
• Contribute to the Executive Committee, influencing overall hotel success and growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel brand.
• Strong track record managing complex, multi‑outlet operations.
• Commercially minded with excellent financial and business acumen.
• Natural leader who motivates, communicates and inspires teams.
• Deep passion for food, beverage, service excellence and guest engagement.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑profile, design‑led hospitality environment.
