About the role

The Director of Marketing, Communications & PR will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a luxury hotel brand. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures brand consistency, drives guest engagement, and supports revenue growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing and Communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring all touchpoints meet GHM brand standards.
• Lead integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, PR activities, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM, and social media.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Control annual marketing budgets and manage agency relationships.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to maximize commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3‑5 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of creating brand‑building strategies that drive revenue.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical decision‑making, and leadership abilities.
