Document Controller – Facility Management

About the role

The Document Controller – Facility Management will oversee all documentation related to facility management contracts, ensuring that records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and easily retrievable. This position supports the FM team by maintaining systematic control of manuals, warranties, drawings, and asset information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain document control registers and revision logs for all FM contracts.
• Control and archive O&M manuals, warranties, technical drawings, and asset records.
• Manage contractor submissions, track approvals, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Update and organize CAFM‑related documentation and asset registers.
• Monitor contract expiry dates, insurance certificates, and required authority approvals.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of records for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in document control or records management, preferably within facility management or construction.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM systems for document handling and asset tracking.
