E-Commerce Omnichannel Operations Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Omnichannel Operations Manager will lead the development and execution of our online and cross‑channel strategy, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical retail. This senior role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience across all e‑commerce touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement e‑commerce and omnichannel strategies to meet commercial targets.
• Own the e‑commerce P&L, monitor sales performance, KPIs and profitability.
• Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email and affiliate programs.
• Oversee online merchandising, product assortment, promotions, personalization and conversion optimisation.
• Supervise website operations, content updates, product launches, QA, fulfilment and customer experience.
• Ensure smooth integration between e‑commerce and brick‑and‑mortar stores.
• Coordinate with platform providers, CRM systems, technology partners, agencies and vendors.
• Analyse customer and sales data to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or omnichannel management.
• Experience in the sports, apparel, footwear, fashion or broader retail industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC retail and e‑commerce market.
• Proven track record of developing and managing e‑commerce strategies and commercial performance.
