About the role

Newton British School in Al Waab is looking for enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will create a safe, lively, and engaging learning environment that supports high academic standards for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated EYFS curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles.
• Maintain a stimulating classroom atmosphere both inside and outdoors.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student progress.
• Assess and record student development, providing constructive feedback.
• Uphold the school’s safeguarding and health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree and PGCE (or equivalent B.Ed.).
• Full-time study background with verifiable transcripts and university letter.
• Ability to meet Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) requirements.
• Willingness to provide references, police clearances, and ICPCs for the past ten years.
• Positive, energetic, resilient, and excellent communicator.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency for classroom and administrative tasks.
• Effective interpersonal communication for teamwork and parent engagement.
