EHS Coordinator

About the role

The EHS Coordinator will lead the implementation and maintenance of the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management system across the project and the wider company. Working closely with the execution team, the role ensures compliance with client and company standards while promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the EHS management system in line with client and corporate procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, gap analyses, and lesson‑learning reports.
• Generate EHS performance reports for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with the execution team to integrate EHS requirements into daily project operations.

Required profile

• At least one of the following qualifications: NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma, Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management, Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM), or Registered Safety Professional (RSP).
• Proven experience in EHS system implementation, auditing, and incident investigation.
