E&I Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation Projects

About the role

The E&I Manager will lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, startup and handover for all E&I systems.
• Develop and monitor execution plans, milestones and procurement progress for E&I packages.
• Lead contractor and subcontractor management, including installation, cable pulling, termination, loop checking and testing.
• Review project progress, identify schedule risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure interface coordination with mechanical, piping, process, telecom, HVAC and marine disciplines.
• Manage technical issues, field changes and deviations affecting E&I systems.
