Electrical Engineer – Maintenance Management

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will lead a maintenance team to ensure preventive and corrective tasks are performed efficiently across the facility. The role involves technical reporting, coordination with subcontractors, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and train the maintenance team on electrical assets and procedures.
• Ensure preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective tasks are completed on schedule.
• Schedule, supervise, and review subcontractor work, issuing permits and approvals as required.
• Prepare technical reports on defects, breakdowns, and audit documentation.
• Monitor spare‑part inventory, health‑safety compliance, and HSEQ standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of maintenance management experience.
• Strong team‑building, problem‑solving and dispute‑resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations such as OSHA, MSDS, NFPA and BS.
• Proficient computer literacy for reporting and documentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Understanding of MSDS, NFPA and BS standards.
• Computer literacy for technical reporting.
