ERP Application Specialist

About the role

The University of Doha for Science and Technology is seeking an Application Specialist to support its Campus Solutions ERP environment. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting functional modules across Campus Solutions, HCM, and Finance, ensuring smooth daily operations for the university.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Campus Solutions, HCM and Finance modules within the ERP system.
• Analyse business requirements, design and document IT applications aligned with university policies.
• Develop and implement data processing solutions to enhance ERP functionality.
• Ensure integrity of ERP databases and compliance with ITIL standards and internal data‑management policies.
• Assign user access levels according to established procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Plan and execute ERP functional support projects, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues, coordinating with technical staff and vendors for timely resolution.
• Prepare reports documenting system performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience configuring and supporting ERP modules, preferably Campus Solutions, HCM or Finance.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and data‑management regulations.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capability to work with cross‑functional teams.
