ERP Transformation Manager - Retail Front of House

About the role

Project WAHED is the Qatar Airways Group's ERP transformation covering Retail, Hospitality, Finance, Supply Chain and HR. We are seeking an ERP Transformation Manager – Retail to own the Retail Front of House discipline, responsible for the Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Sale, Xstore Office, XOCS and the related store technology estate. The role includes end‑to‑end ownership of data migration, testing, cut‑over and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Retail Front of House solution from build to steady state, including POS, till hardware, peripherals and payment integration.
• Lead Front of House data migration, cleansing, load validation and formal sign‑off across conversion cycles.
• Define and manage the test agenda (integration, UAT, security, operational), write and review test scripts, oversee runs and sign‑off.
• Represent Front of House in design authority and change control forums, clarifying the store operating model.
• Drive cut‑over and go‑live readiness, ensuring till readiness, rollback plans and hyper‑care support.
• Plan and execute a high‑volume POS rollout across a multi‑site store estate, coordinating with trading peaks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS / Xstore Office / XOCS or equivalent enterprise POS platform.
• 6+ years in retail store operations or retail technology with ownership of POS and back‑office systems.
• 5+ years delivering business transformation and ERP implementations through full lifecycle in a live trading environment.
• Hands‑on test management experience and proven multi‑site rollout leadership.
