Executive Lounge Attendant

About the role

The Executive Lounge Attendant ensures the Club Lounge at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha operates smoothly, delivering impeccable service, safety and cleanliness to guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating availability, service standards, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables and equipment.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages, stock ice, glassware and supplies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including dishwashing and replenishment of supplies.
• Secure liquor, wine and beer storage areas and document activities in the logbook.
• Communicate special meal requests to the kitchen and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities and uphold the brand’s service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific certifications needed.
