Executive Producer – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

The Executive Producer is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high‑value content and production projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts across corporate, government, cultural and commercial sectors, acting as a senior strategic advisor.
• Lead end‑to‑end pitch processes, develop solutions, price proposals and present to clients.
• Deliver revenue and profitability targets, monitor project budgets and ensure commercial performance.
• Partner with creative and production teams to develop innovative content solutions and ensure high creative standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop producers and project teams, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an Executive Producer, Senior Producer or similar leadership role in media production, branded content or corporate communications.
• Proven track record of managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth and securing high‑value projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins and pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
