Executive - Travel (Outsourced)

About the role

We are expanding our Travel team at Qatari Diar and need an Executive – Travel (outsourced) to manage all aspects of employee travel, transportation and accommodation in line with functional area budgets. The role involves coordinating bookings, handling on‑call support and ensuring compliance with visa and travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process travel requests, arrange flights, hotels and ground transportation for business trips and trainings both inside and outside Qatar.
• Amend travel requests on short notice, provide on‑call support beyond regular hours, and assist employees in transit or difficulty.
• Coordinate with travel agents and airlines, negotiate corporate discounts, and develop itineraries for large groups.
• Maintain travel files, ensure compliance with visa and travel regulations, and certify cost‑effective arrangements.
• Handle travel expense certification, process invoices, reconcile payments, and prepare regular travel performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in a business travel management environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.
