Executive – Travel (Outsourced)

About the role

We are expanding our Travel team and seeking a professional Executive – Travel to research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation and accommodation for employees in line with functional area and budget needs. The role is outsourced.

Key responsibilities

• Process travel requests, arrange flights, hotels and transportation for business trips and trainings inside and outside Qatar.
• Amend employee travel requests on short notice, including outside regular hours, and provide on‑call support.
• Coordinate with travel agents and airlines, develop itineraries for large groups, and ensure compliance with visa and travel regulations.
• Negotiate corporate discounts with hotels and airlines, certify cost‑effective travel arrangements, and process travel expenses and invoices.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly travel reports, monitor budget performance, and contribute to the travel section budget.
• Provide destination information, stay updated on travel procedures and cultural differences, and advise management on policy amendments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business travel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
• Resident in Qatar with a valid QID.
