Experienced Chocolatier – Doha, Qatar

About the role

A leading chocolate manufacturing unit in Doha is seeking a skilled and creative Chocolatier to lead hands‑on production of chocolate desserts, cakes, bars and specialty confections. The role requires independent recipe development, precise tempering and moulding, and maintaining high quality across all product lines, including vegan collections.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, temper and mould chocolate for bars, pralines, gift boxes and specialty items.
• Design and execute chocolate cakes, desserts and pastries to a consistently high standard.
• Develop and refine recipes, including vegan options, for seasonal and promotional needs.
• Decorate chocolates, cakes and trays with precision, ensuring brand‑consistent visual presentation.
• Manage inventory of chocolate, ingredients and packaging, flagging shortages proactively.
• Ensure all products meet food safety, hygiene and quality standards throughout production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Chocolatier, pastry chef or in chocolate/confectionery production.
• Culinary or pastry arts qualification, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Good written and spoken English.
