Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Boeing Global Services is looking for an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support the AH-64 business at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The role involves ensuring product conformity, driving corrective actions, and mentoring staff within the Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate product non‑conformances, disposition types, and quality procedures.
• Perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive actions.
• Negotiate and obtain commitments for preventive and corrective actions, prioritizing quality activities.
• Validate corrective action plans, configuration management, and material review policies.
• Create analytical reports and coordinate distribution to internal and external parties.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in aircraft operations, maintenance, or related training.
• 5+ years experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
