Facilities Engineer – Electromechanical

About the role
The Facilities Engineer will support the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with technical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, ELV, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct technical inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and troubleshoot faults.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance recommendations, and support planning of technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and applicable standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of facility management experience, preferably on GCC‑size projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, ELV, and HVAC systems and Qatar standards.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written); QCDD certification preferred.
