Facilities Management Supervisor – Electromechanical

About the role

The Facilities Management Supervisor will lead technical teams and oversee day‑to‑day electromechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient operation and upkeep of building systems across the campus. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and cooling infrastructure in educational facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.

Required profile

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years total experience, with at least 3 years in schools and kindergartens.
• Previous supervisory experience on similar‑sized projects.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability.
