About the role
The Ritz‑Carlton in Doha is seeking a friendly and attentive F&B Service Expert to join the Parisa Souq Waqif team as a hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size and escort them to clean, properly set tables.
- Arrange chairs, place menus, and ensure each setting includes napkins, silverware and any required items.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow clean‑as‑you‑go procedures throughout the shift.
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, safety and guest well‑being.
- Adhere to company, safety and security policies, reporting any incidents promptly.
- Maintain professional uniform appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette and support team goals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
