About the role

Doha Golf Club is expanding its ladies’ golf coaching programmes and seeks a qualified Female PGA Golf Teaching Professional to lead instruction for women and girls of all ages. The role combines coaching, programme development and event support, including assistance with the Qatar Masters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group golf lessons, creating personalised coaching plans covering swing mechanics, short‑game and course management.
• Utilise video analysis, launch monitor technology and modern teaching tools to enhance learning.
• Design and run beginner, intermediate and advanced programmes, with a focus on women, junior girls and new players.
• Develop and promote ladies‑only clinics, social golf events, workshops and player‑development pathways.
• Organise women’s golf events and engagement activities to increase participation and retention.
• Support Qatar Golf Association activities related to the annual Qatar Masters.

Required profile

• PGA‑certified teaching professional with proven experience coaching female and junior golfers.
• Enthusiastic, inclusive mindset and ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage members and guests.
