About the role
Join Rosewood Doha as a Spa Therapist and deliver personalized, high‑quality spa experiences to our guests. You will be the first point of contact, anticipating needs and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations within our luxury wellness environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, anticipate their needs and provide a highly personalized service.
- Maintain clear communication with associates and guests to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and retail product handling.
- Keep the spa area clean and hygienic, ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked with all necessary items.
- Support fellow associates by maintaining a seamless service flow throughout the spa.
