Field Engineer Internship – Hands‑on Construction Experience

About the role

Kick‑start your engineering career with a 6‑month Field Engineer Internship at Hilti in Doha. You will work alongside experienced field engineers, supporting the delivery of structural and fastening solutions on real construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support Field Engineering teams in implementing structural and fastening solutions on project sites.
• Assist with engineering calculations, technical designs, and method‑statement preparation.
• Prepare material take‑offs and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support during installation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Conduct site visits, document observations, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduate or final‑year student).
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar residence visa; a driver’s licence is preferred.
• Willingness to work in dynamic field environments and collaborate with customers and contractors.
