Finance & FP&A Professional – Doha, Qatar

About the role

PwC Middle East is looking for four experienced finance professionals to join a client engagement in Doha, Qatar. The role will focus on budgeting, financial planning, management reporting, variance analysis and driving process improvements for the client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis and validate data accuracy.
• Oversee budget control, purchase request reviews and budget transfers.
• Track financial performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, reporting, FP&A, audit or advisory.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Management reporting and variance analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency in Hyperion.
• Power BI expertise.
• Experience with WAND.
