Finance Manager – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

VCA is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day‑to‑day finance operations for its real‑estate development and construction projects in Doha. The role will support strategic growth by ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting and robust cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and manage the general ledger.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections for real‑estate and construction projects.
• Track project costs, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain internal financial controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with Qatari regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to analyse financial performance and provide decision‑making support.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA a plus.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for real‑estate or construction projects.
• Strong background in financial reporting, accounting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience implementing internal controls and preparing for audits.
• Prior work in the Gulf region’s real‑estate or construction sector is highly beneficial.
