About the role
We are seeking qualified First Aid Personnel to provide immediate first‑response assistance and support health and safety arrangements across project operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid for minor injuries and medical incidents.
- Assess incidents and escalate cases requiring professional medical assistance.
- Maintain first‑aid equipment, supplies and designated stations.
- Record treatments and incidents accurately.
- Coordinate with HSE, Security and emergency‑response teams.
- Support emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Conduct routine checks of first‑aid supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Follow applicable site HSE and emergency‑response procedures.
Required profile
- Valid First Aid / CPR / Basic Life Support certification (preferred).
- Previous experience as a first aider, emergency responder, medic, nurse assistant or similar (advantageous).
- Knowledge of basic emergency‑response procedures.
- Good English communication skills.
- Calm and capable of responding effectively during emergencies.
- Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
