Fit-out Supervisor – Interior Projects (Qatar)

About the role

The Fit-out Supervisor will be based on‑site in Qatar, overseeing interior fit‑out projects for residential and commercial properties. This full‑time position involves supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications, safety standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules, allocate workforce, and monitor material usage and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure compliance with local building regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients, communicating progress, risks and requirements.
• Prepare basic reports, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement of fit‑out processes.

Required profile

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising interior fit‑out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and MEP interfaces.
• Strong project coordination and time‑management abilities, with a focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local building regulations and construction/fit‑out standards.
• Fit‑out supervision and project coordination expertise.
• Proficiency with digital workflows, work‑order systems and MS Office.
• Understanding of site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents.
