About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness classes and provide personalized training for guests at our luxury resort in Doha. The role combines instruction, guest interaction, and safety oversight to ensure a fun and healthy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a variety of group fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training for all ability levels.
- Assess guests’ current fitness levels and design individualized exercise programs.
- Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and ensure correct exercise techniques.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere, respond to emergencies, and assist injured guests until medical help arrives.
- Clean, inspect, and report any equipment issues, coordinating maintenance when needed.
- Uphold company policies, uniform standards, and confidentiality while delivering exceptional guest service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in fitness instruction or related field.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- No supervisory experience required.
