Fitness Instructor (Pilates Reformer)

About the role

The Fitness Instructor (Pilates Reformer) will lead fitness programmes and assessments for guests and members at the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, ensuring a high-quality experience while upholding health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and deliver personalised fitness programmes, including Pilates Reformer sessions.
• Provide inductions and guide guests on correct use of gym equipment.
• Schedule and ensure adequate staff coverage for the gym and reception areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms and gym facilities.
• Promote the fitness facilities to hotel residents and prospective members.
• Deliver personal training, spinning and Zumba classes as required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a sport‑related discipline.
• High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Required skills

• Experience delivering Pilates Reformer classes.
• Ability to conduct fitness assessments and personal training.
• Knowledge of diet and nutrition.
• Capability to lead spinning and Zumba sessions (advantageous).
