Flutter Developer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, ownership‑driven Flutter Developer to join our in‑house team in Doha and build high‑quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, following clean architecture and best coding practices.
• Take full ownership of tasks from requirement analysis through development, testing, and delivery.
• Design intuitive UI/UX adhering to Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and cross‑functional teams on API integration and architecture decisions.
• Work with REST APIs, authentication, backend services, and databases while applying performance optimization and security best practices.
• Conduct developer‑level testing to minimize defects and reduce reliance on QA.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools responsibly, reviewing and refining generated code.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Good understanding of mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with state‑management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider.
• Knowledge of clean architecture, software development best practices, and REST API integration.
• Strong UI/UX awareness, attention to detail, and ability to produce polished interfaces.
• Proven problem‑solving, debugging, and testing skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate effectively.
