About the role

The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports daily operations by managing information flow, handling guest interactions, and maintaining office systems within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or fax and operate standard office equipment.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds.
