About the role

Join the Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection as a Food & Beverage Intern, supporting the restaurant, bar and event teams to deliver warm, personalized service that reflects the brand’s elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars and events.
• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare tables, mise‑en‑place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Greet and engage with guests, handling requests attentively.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages and equipment in line with hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with up to 1 month of experience in hospitality.
• Enthusiastic about delivering high‑quality guest service.
