Front Desk cum Operations Coordinator (Compliance Hire)

About the role

This position combines front‑desk management with daily logistics coordination. The successful candidate will ensure the office runs smoothly while overseeing shipment bookings, documentation, and communication with customers and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, handle calls, visitors, incoming correspondence, meeting rooms, office supplies, and coordinate with building management and service providers; raise and follow up on service and purchase requests, maintain office records, and support events and employee activities.
• Coordinate shipment bookings, prepare and maintain logistics documentation, monitor shipment status, liaise with carriers, transporters, warehouses, and shipping lines; update records in relevant systems, support quotation and invoice preparation, and escalate any delays or documentation issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or operations coordination.

Required skills

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with logistics or ERP systems (advantage).
