About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to deliver a warm and welcoming experience to our guests from arrival to departure. The role involves managing check‑in and check‑out, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests personally, escort them to rooms and provide hotel and local information.
- Process check‑in and check‑out efficiently using the computerized Front Office system.
- Handle reservations, record guest details, and manage incidental charges accurately.
- Maintain awareness of daily rates, occupancy levels and hotel promotions.
- Protect guest privacy and adhere to hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless stay.
- Uphold environmental, health and safety standards in line with organizational policies.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to guest inquiries.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and guest records.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Understanding of hotel policies, health and safety regulations.
