Full-Time Shop Assistant – Morning & Evening Shifts

About the role

Art Box is a creative walk‑in art destination offering pottery painting, tufting, canvas painting, mosaics, plaster painting, and other hands‑on art experiences. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join us as full‑time shop assistants on morning and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their experience
• Explain activities, products, and services offered by Art Box
• Operate the POS system and process sales transactions
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Assist with stock handling, displays, packaging, and customer collections
• Support daily shop operations and ensure excellent customer service at all times

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred
