About the role

Nakilat is offering a Graduate Development Programme for fresh Qatari graduates interested in a career in the maritime sector. The role is designed to provide on‑the‑job training and a structured Individual Development Plan (IDP) that prepares participants for future engineering responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training within Nakilat’s mechanical engineering activities.
• Follow a structured development plan to acquire practical skills and industry knowledge.
• Support senior engineers and contribute to project tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting recognised by the Qatari Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Fluent English – IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Not academically sponsored by another entity within Qatar.
