Graphic Designer – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets that reinforce Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North’s brand and support its marketing initiatives across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners and social media graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals, target audiences and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Produce website visuals, email campaign assets and content for social platforms.
• Capture, edit and retouch high‑quality photographs of the property, events and amenities.
• Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain and update a library of visual assets, including icons and templates.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging tools to bring fresh ideas to the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong creative ability to develop unique visual concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and designs.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
• Photography and photo‑editing knowledge is a plus.
