Graphic Designer

About the role

This role covers creative direction, art direction and design across campaigns, print and digital channels, as well as mentoring junior designers. It involves working with marketing, product and development teams and keeping up with design trends and new tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and art direction, ensuring visual storytelling matches the brand and project objectives.
• Develop, refine and maintain brand identities for internal projects and external clients.
• Design print materials such as brochures, packaging and corporate collateral.
• Create digital assets for web, social media and advertising, and contribute to UI/UX workflows for websites and apps.
• Produce motion graphics and animations, and create 3D visuals, renders or animations for products, space or campaigns.
• Use AI tools such as Midjourney to generate concepts and moodboards, and stay current with AI-driven design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers with constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and guide a design team.
• Self-motivated, innovative and able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Honesty and integrity in all responsibilities.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with HTML, motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong sense of design, layout and typography.
