Graphic Designer – Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer – Video Editor to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will produce high‑quality visual and video assets that support the company’s branding, campaigns and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, advertisements, print materials and corporate communications.
• Create visually engaging graphics that maintain consistency with the brand identity.
• Edit and produce high‑quality videos for social platforms, property promotions, marketing campaigns, corporate events and internal communications.
• Develop motion graphics, basic animations and visual effects to enhance multimedia content.
• Perform photo editing, image retouching and visual enhancements for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Digital and Communications teams to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Adapt creative assets for websites, digital platforms, presentations and print applications.
• Maintain an organized library of creative files, templates, videos and digital assets.
• Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, corporate or agency environments.
• Arabic speaker with ability to work on Arabic and English content layouts and typography.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics, basic animation and visual effects.
