Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Marketing team. The role will develop high‑quality visual content, digital creatives and video materials that support the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, corporate communications and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, advertisements, print materials and corporate communications.
• Develop visually engaging graphics and marketing materials that maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity.
• Edit and produce high‑quality videos for social media platforms, property promotions, marketing campaigns, corporate events and internal communications.
• Create motion graphics, basic animations and visual effects to enhance multimedia content.
• Perform photo editing, image retouching and visual enhancements for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Digital and Communications teams to understand creative requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Adapt creative assets into different formats suitable for websites, digital platforms, presentations and print applications.
• Maintain an organized library of creative files, templates, videos and digital assets while managing multiple projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within real‑estate, hospitality, corporate or creative agency environments.
• Arabic speaker with ability to understand Arabic and English content layouts and typography.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, typography, layout design and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating digital content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and basic visual effects (VFX).
