Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth channels, experiment rapidly and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, run campaigns and own results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear stories about performance and impact.

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new skills and adapt to different channels.
• Highly motivated to become an expert in growth marketing.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern tools to work faster and smarter.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to figure out how to achieve goals without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into action.
• Bonus: hands‑on experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle or other B2C marketing initiatives.
