GS Image and Style Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a GS Image and Style Specialist to lead the Image and Style team within Hub Operational Support in Doha. The role ensures that all ground and lounge staff meet grooming and uniform standards, maintains the grooming suite, and supports the Image and Style Department with training and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Image and Style Officers and ensure the grooming suite is stocked with required products.
• Deliver training and practical classes on makeup, skincare and uniform grooming to new and existing ground staff.
• Update and maintain grooming, uniform policies and assessment records in SharePoint.
• Procure, track and record makeup and grooming inventory to achieve cost‑effectiveness.
• Coach ground services staff for promotional or upgrade events based on grooming records.
• Liaise with the Group Uniforms Department on uniform quality, distribution and replacement.
• Report grooming issues to line managers and draft memos for senior review.
• Maintain staff performance, probation and evaluation records in line with HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a high‑school/diploma qualification with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff on grooming standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in inventory control and procurement of grooming supplies.
