Guest Experience Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join The Ritz‑Carlton Doha, a 5‑star luxury resort on the Arabian Gulf. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring the highest standards of service across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to guests throughout their stay, from check‑in to departure.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with front‑office, concierge, food & beverage and other departments to coordinate seamless experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions and cultural nuances to provide tailored recommendations.
• Document guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
