Guest Relation Officer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Plan and coordinate friendly, efficient, and personalized services for hotel guests, ensuring a memorable stay. The role involves assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs, anticipating needs, and handling enquiries and concerns professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs and escort them to various hotel locations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, products, services and promote special events.
• Handle guest enquiries, resolve concerns, and manage VIP requests and complaints.
• Communicate guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and report operational issues with recommendations.
• Support all departments in delivering exceptional guest service and ensure compliance with Radisson brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a 5‑star hotel (preferred).
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Professional appearance, polished grooming and confident personality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and hotel operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
