Guest Relations Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Reporting to the Guest Relations Supervisor or Manager, you will deliver efficient, personalized and courteous service that reflects Turkish hospitality within the vibrant capital of Qatar. Your aim is to make every guest feel welcome from arrival to departure and to ensure they leave with a desire to return.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and culturally‑rich service to all guests, incorporating Turkish hospitality values.
• Maintain high service standards while creating memorable lifestyle experiences for guests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest journeys and maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints diplomatically, resolving issues quickly to preserve a positive experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
• Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong guest‑service attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in hotel guest relations, front office, concierge or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and busy periods.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management and reservation/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
