Guest Relations Agent – Hospitality Specialist

About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating warm, personalized experiences that make each stay memorable. You will work closely with hotel teams to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and celebrate special moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, build meaningful relationships, and deliver personalized service.
• Proactively engage with guests, respond to inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Identify VIPs, returning guests, and special occasions, ensuring tailored recognition throughout their stay.
• Provide comprehensive information on hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
• Collect and act on guest feedback, collaborating with operational departments to improve service standards.
• Support hotel events, guest engagement activities, and departmental projects that enhance the guest experience.
