Guest Relations Agent Intern

About the role

We are looking for a warm, dynamic Guest Relations Agent Intern to join our team at Alwadi Doha – MGallery Hotel Collection. In this role you will be the face of the hotel, delivering personalized service and creating memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, engage with them during their stay and ensure a smooth departure.
• Assist with check‑in, check‑out, room assignments, reservations and other front‑office operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate special requests, VIP arrivals, celebrations and guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
