Guest Relations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team at Alwadi Doha – MGallery Hotel Collection. This internship offers hands‑on experience in hospitality, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals while developing valuable customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support daily Guest Relations operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Help coordinate guest activities and special events.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer‑service experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
