Gym Trainer (Female) – Qatar

About the role

KBR is seeking a qualified female Gym Trainer to join a client site in Qatar. You will design and deliver personalized and group fitness programs, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all members during sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group exercise classes and provide one‑on‑one coaching on equipment use.
• Enforce fitness centre policies and safety procedures consistently.
• Motivate members in strength training, power lifting, weight‑loss programs, nutrition advice and bodybuilding.
• Monitor daily gym operations, conduct safety checks, and report hazards to the QAFCO representative.
• Maintain a clean, tidy environment; sanitize equipment after each use and store loose items safely.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the QAFCO representative.

Required profile

• Certified fitness instructor with fluency in English.
• Minimum three years of experience as a gym/fitness trainer in an international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality setting.
• Certification in first aid and CPR.
