Gym Trainer

About the role

The Gym Trainer will design and deliver individualized and group fitness programs at Al Banush Club in Mesaieed. The role involves demonstrating proper exercise techniques, ensuring member safety, and motivating participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group training sessions and provide mentorship on safe equipment use.
• Enforce fitness centre policies and procedures consistently.
• Motivate members in strength training, power lifting, weight loss, nutrition, lifestyle assessment, and bodybuilding activities.
• Monitor daily gym operations, conduct safety checks, and report hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the gym, sanitize equipment after use, and store loose items safely.
• Inspect equipment for wear and tear and ensure proper maintenance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the club representative.

Required profile

• Certified fitness instructor with fluency in English.
• Minimum three years of experience as a gym/fitness trainer in an international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality setting.
• Certification in first aid and CPR.
