Head Barista

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our non-alcoholic bar, creating specialty coffee drinks and innovative mocktails that complement our Hawaiian-Asian menu. You will set quality standards, mentor the barista team, and ensure every beverage is crafted with precision and passion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, cold brews, and signature mocktails.
• Develop and update the bar menu in line with seasonal and brand direction.
• Train, coach, and supervise barista team members.
• Maintain bar equipment, ensuring regular cleaning and calibration.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory for bar supplies.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of barista experience with a proven track record in specialty coffee.
• Demonstrated experience crafting mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about beverage innovation.
• Valid QID and residence in Qatar.
